This adapter gives your 44 Russian revolver the ability to fire 380ACP caliber standard velocity ammunition.  This adapter is precision machined from high quality stainless steel to the OD specifications of a 44 Russian cartridge.  It will easily fit into your revolvers cylinder and accept any 380 ACP standard power ammunition.  After firing simply remove the adapter and tip upside down to remove the spent 380 shell.  A smooth bore is gently bored through the adapter for the bullet (no rifling).  The adapter is precision CNC machined to the dimensions of a 44 Russian cartridge.  This adapter is designed to fire standard power 380ACP ammunition, NO +P or high power ammunition.

Adapter orientation is not important and the adapter will work in any position.

Any firearm showing significant signs of wear or deterioration should be decommissioned and not used in any manner.
