The Ultra Dot L/T is engineered to give you the advantage of a red dot sight in a compact, lightweight design whether you use it on a handgun, shotgun, rifle or bow. The achromatic reflex BK 7 optical lens produces a clear high resolution image, and is 26mm in diameter allowing a wide field of view. The reflex lens has a 27 layer special coating to eliminate double dots or split images. Ultra Dot sights let your eye concentrate on the target where the red, sharp aiming dot is superimposed. Like all Ultra Dots, the L/T is backed by the Ultradot Lifetime Warranty.

The dot is turned on by a small on/off switch located on top of the sight. Battery access is through the side and the sight need not be removed to replace the 3 volt lithium battery.

The Doctersight has and automatic light sensor that adjusts the red dot to the surrounding ambient light. The LT has an automatic sensor like the Doctersight, but also has an on and off switch which allows the user to shut off the red dot if not used for prolonged periods of time.
The Doctersight's battery is under the sight requiring removal of the sight to change the battery, were the LT has a battery tray that slides out to facilitate an easy battery swap.
The LT has a built in weaver rail mount allowing easy installation in just a minute.
