ORDERING
We do not sell products to minors. If you are under 18 years of age, do not submit any information without the express consent and participation of a parent or guardian. By ordering from The Shooters Box you are certifying that you are over the age of 18 years old.
Orders are accepted 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment Monday through Saturday. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard time. Our warehouse hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 1pm Eastern Standard time. Orders received after 3pm Monday through Friday, or 12pm on Saturday will be packaged and prepared for shipment the following work day. For the most part we strive to ship your order the very same day, many times orders can be processed, packaged and shipped the same day even if the order was placed after the cut off time. If a RUSH order is needed please contact our customer service department BEFORE placing order to see if a RUSH shipment can be done.
All firearms prices are subject to change without notice. All firearm prices are shown with a cash/check 3% discount. If a credit card is used to purchase firearms please recalculate the price to not include the 3% discount. Please call us at 781-321-9899 with any questions or pricing informaion.
If you item has been shipped and delivered to you but you have not received your item, (example; if delivery company leaves item at your business or residence without obtaining a signature) it is your responsibility to contact your local police department to file for a stolen item, and to contact shipping carrier for reimbursement. It it not the responsibility of The Shooters Box for a lost or stolen item that has been delivered to you. If your shipment requires a signature request, please indicate that on your order, otherwise your item may be left without a signature. By placing and submitting your order you indicate that you agree to these terms.
All international shipments are sent via global postal service. When the package leave the United States Postal Service and enters your country we may have no way of tracking the shipment. We are not responsible for lost items once your shipment leaves the United States.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ORDER
Be aware of scammers. At no time will anyone from The Shooters Box, or any of its affiliates, contact you via email for any additional billing information. If you are contacted by anyone requesting additional information regarding your order, please call us at 781-321-9899. This is our only contact phone number, we have no other phone numbers. Be assured that your billing information is absolutely secure, and only accessible by the appropriate personal. Security is our number one priority.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order you must immediately call or email the customer service department at info@theshootersbox.com. Please keep in mind that orders are for the most part shipped the same day, before the end of business. If you order has been shipped before a cancellation email has been received, and you wish to return the product(s), the customer must follow the guidelines presented above under the section RETURNS. Orders that are not accepted by UPS (or alternate shipping carrier) and returned by shipping carrier will fall under same restocking fee of 15% of the invoice price. The Shooters Box is not responsible for return shipping on any returned or defective products.
